This hotel is a real gem. The staff, Anna and David, were incredibly helpful and made us feel so welcome. They gave us great tips on local restaurants and how to get around the city. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the train station and within easy walking distance of all the main sights. The room we stayed in had a nice balcony with a great view of the surrounding hills, and the basic amenities were all there. excellent value for money.
All was well, nothing to improve.

The room was very comfortable and the proprietor was extremely helpful and friendly. It was also nice and quiet.
It was a little involved to get into the building and eventually our section. The location was quite a distance from the main activities.

Residenza Giulia is handily placed for the centre of the city which is within walking distance. It is very well priced. The facilities are clean. It was helpful having a terrace outside the room.
If you are travelling during the day make sure you are there before 9 as there is no one on the premises after 9.30

I loved the location of this hotel, it was close enough to the city center to be walkable, but far enough away to feel like a real neighborhood. The views of the surrounding hills from my room were also incredible. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I also appreciated how spacious and clean my room was.

very clean, comfortable and feel like home. You will have great view of the city while you are having breakfast in the balcony. And the price is very reasonable. I would say Residenza Giulia is my best stay in my half month Italy trip.
